Do I need a special licence to drive a campervan in Nelson?

A valid overseas driving licence is accepted everywhere in New Zealand including Nelson. If your licence isn't in English, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is required. Carry both documents plus your passport when you pick up at Nelson Airport or a city depot.

Which side of the road do I drive on?
