Go to My Account, enter the email address you used when booking, and you'll be redirected to our booking partner where you can view and manage your reservation.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Yes. Access your reservation through My Account and follow the modification or cancellation steps. Cancellation policies vary by rental company, check your booking confirmation for details.

What insurance options are available?

Insurance options depend on the rental company. Most offer basic coverage included in the rental price, with optional upgrades for reduced excess, windscreen, gravel, and sand & ash protection. You can compare insurance options when searching for vehicles.

What documents do I need at pick-up?

You'll typically need a valid driver's license (international license recommended outside your home country), a credit card in the driver's name for the security deposit, and your booking confirmation. Some countries may require additional documentation.
